To choose the right voice over actor/actress for your job, you will need to submit a proposed work schedule, language/dialect, a sample script and a proposed budget.

We will then review the information and assecc who will be the best fit for your and your project from our Artist Roster.

Next, we get examples for you based on the actual contracted work (contracted work means the agreement has been fully executed by both parties and payment is in hand and has cleared thru the bank from the wire transfer completely including all bank fees etc.).

If there is a large localization contract being handled, we will need each language written in the respective language as well as English and sent to us in .pdf for for each language/region we are doing the work for. We do not send examples prior to an agreement being fully executed.

Once the contracted work has been set in place, we will supply you with a sheet to fill in as well to make sure all of your needs are met and fulfilled to the fullest in a checkbox fashion.

We will fully Mix and Master your Voice over sessions and deliver them to you in the file format you request. If a music bed, Sound Effects, Sound Design, Soundscapes etc. are needed for the background, we will fully handle that as well.

If you may be supplying the music and Soundz Of the Alien Music Co. is only supplying the voice over, the Mastering rate (if you request Mastering) will be negotiated prior to the voice over session has been tracked.
